Any work carried out or to be carried out by us will have had a prior agreement and price. Both parties will abide by these terms in all aspects of work carried out and payments to be made.

You are free to view and browse of any part of this website without exception. We collect no data from you whatsoever from your browsing any part of this website.

Quote Request

You are free to submit your personal details and information regarding work required for a free quote request. This carries no obligations whatsoever, and request for a free quote does not bind us or you in any contract legal or otherwise.
The price we quote is accurate and the price provided will remain active for one week. After one week we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price we provided for work to be carried out, you will be informed of any required price changes before we accept any work from you.
Upon agreement by you and us for work to be carried out at the price we provided, the price will not change unless you request further work or significant change requests to the original project details you provided.

Contacting Us

You are free to contact us regarding any matter, question or issue with us, this website or anything where worldwide-web.co.uk is involved.
Contacting us carries no obligations whatsoever from us to you. We reserve the right not to reply to any message, although we do value your custom and therefore it is unlikely you will not get a reply.
We make every effort to reply within the same day, if possible within the same hour, but under no circumstances state or accept any obligation to do so.

Work Carried Out

It is to be accepted by you that the price we provide will be for and only for the details and information for work you require to be carried out as provided in your quote request form and where any further communication in which you provided information regarding work required.
Should you wish to cancel work once both parties have agreed to a price for work to be carried out and work has been commenced by any employee of worldwide-web.co.uk, you will be under an obligation to pay the total hours that have been spent working on your project at our current hourly rate. There will be no hidden or additional percentages or charges for a cancelation.

Payments

We will only commence work when a percentage of your total price has been paid. This is to ensure we obtain some financial gain from you should you decide to cancel once work has commenced.

Payments

If you are unsatisfied with any or all of the work we carry out then a full refund will be issued at our descretion. This includes the initial percentage payment and any other payments you have made to us relating to the work carried out in which you where dissatisfied.
